1. What this service is

Valyve is a product information and discovery service. It is not a shop. We enter into no sale contract with you: that contract is between you and the partner store, on their site and under their terms.

2. Product information

Prices, descriptions, availability and ratings are collected from partner stores and their affiliate networks, and may be out of date or contain errors. We make a serious effort to keep them correct, but we don't guarantee accuracy. Where they differ, the information shown by the store at the time of purchase always prevails.

3. Affiliate links

A significant share of links on this platform are affiliate links. Using them, we may earn a commission on eligible purchases at no extra cost to you. This does not change how we organise or rank products.

4. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for the quality, conformity, delivery, warranty or after-sales of products bought at partner stores, nor for price changes, stock-outs or the content of those stores' sites. Our responsibility is limited to the information we publish and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to correcting it when flagged.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that mandatory law gives you as a consumer.

5. Intellectual property

The Valyve name, the site design and the editorial texts are ours. Brand and store names mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products and sellers, without implying sponsorship or association. If you hold rights and believe some content shouldn't be here, contact us and we'll remove it.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal use. You may not systematically scrape the catalogue, reproduce content in bulk, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Changes

We may change these terms. Changes take effect on publication, and the last revision date is shown on this page.

8. Governing law

Portuguese law applies and, in consumer disputes, the consumer protection rules of your country of residence in the European Union.
