What we can't resolve
Orders placed with a partner store: status, tracking, changes, cancellation, returns, refunds or invoices. We have no access to partner stores' systems — the customer support of the store you bought from is the fastest route and the only one able to act. Orders for products sold by Valyve are handled by us.
